 I had the privilege of being mentored by Seb for about a year through the Ansys mentorship program.

During this time, I learned a great deal from him. Whenever I faced professional or personal challenges, he was always there to guide me. Our discussions often turned into problem-solving sessions, where he assisted me in finding solutions and taught me how to break down complex problems and approach them systematically. Most importantly, he made me independent by instilling the confidence and skills to tackle challenges on my own. When I started coaching with Sebastian, I was physically and emotionally overwhelmed—juggling a demanding full-time job and a business on the side that wasn’t running as I hoped.
